- Constant communication with preferred candidates
and your company representatives
- Assist your Human Resources Department representatives
in setting up as many interviews as possible
with each candidate. This includes finding creative
solutions for line managers and human resources
managers to find time to do so. (Limos, airports,
etc.)

Review, Feedback and Reference Checking
- Continuous and constructive feedback process of
expectations and concerns between the parties
- Verbal reference process, if required, and documented for therecord (with candidates permission)

- Confirm start date and support relocation process
