How We Work

A team of consultants does our research with specific experience in the all of the Life Sciences. The entire process can take as little as 6 weeks or until the job is done.

Here is a brief overview of our project phases:

Phase 1 Planning and Preparation for Project
  • Initial meeting with Line Managers and Human Resources on Vision, Strategy, Strengths and Weaknesses of your company

Phase 2 Identification and Qualification of Candidates
  • Recruiting from direct search, using fresh research and networking

Phase 3 Establishing benchmark best in class candidate either
internally within your company or from early phase of assignment

Phase 4 Personal Interviewing
  • We utilize a structured approach tailored to your company’s briefing

Phase 5 Shortlist or Sequential Candidate Presentation
  • Provide a shortlist of candidates or one by one, depending on your style

  • Review project milestones and feedback market impressions of your company

  • Present shortlisted candidate C.V.s in preferred format, accompanied by consultant’s comments

  • Review strengths, weaknesses and relevant experience, highlighting areas for further discussion with your company

  • Provide compensation information including stocks, bonuses and other perks to ensure full knowledge of candidates needs ahead of time

Phase 6

Top Candidates Interview with Your Company

  • Constant communication with preferred candidates and your company representatives

  • Assist your Human Resources Department representatives in setting up as many interviews as possible with each candidate. This includes finding creative solutions for line managers and human resources managers to find time to do so. (Limos, airports, etc.)

Phase 7 Candidate Review, Feedback and Reference Checking
  • Continuous and constructive feedback process of expectations and concerns between the parties
  • Verbal reference process, if required, and documented for therecord (with candidate’s permission)

Phase 8 Completion of Assignment and Set Specific Date for Follow-Up
  • Negotiate compensation and benefits details to the satisfaction of client and candidate (happy medium)
  • Confirm start date and support relocation process
  • Reference check in writing provided to client

Final Phase Client and Candidate Follow-Up (3 months and 6 months)
